Centre Lathe Turning
Our manual turning capabilities provide the flexibility required for specialist, custom and lower-volume machining projects.
We can accommodate both small precision components and large industrial parts, with turning capacity for components up to 7,000mm in length and 1,090mm in diameter.
This makes our turning service particularly suited to one-off components, repair work and projects where a flexible machining approach is required.
Vertical Boring Machine Capabilities
Our wider boring capabilities support large and complex components requiring accurate internal bores.
For deep hole boring applications, our large borer can accommodate components up to 3,500mm long, with bore diameters up to 205mm and a maximum outside diameter of 630mm.

First Stage Machining

Deep Hole Boring, Large Boring and Drilling
Our broader machining capabilities include deep hole boring and gun drilling for components requiring accurate, long internal bores.
Deep hole boring is available for bore diameters from 10mm to 205mm, with depths up to 3,500mm, while our gun drilling capabilities cover diameters from 2mm to 30mm.
