Specialist Honing Capabilities
Our large honing services accommodate components from 152.4mm to 10,000mm in length, with bore diameters ranging from 25.4mm to 673mm.
Honing improves bore geometry, dimensional accuracy and surface finish, making the process suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, long components and specialist industrial applications.

Large Turning Services
Our large manual turning capabilities allow us to machine specialist industrial components up to 7,000mm in length and 1,090mm in diameter.
Operations include turning, boring, facing, threading, grooving, drilling and profiling, providing a flexible solution for large components, repair work and specialist engineering projects.
Hydraulic Cylinder Machining
We provide honing and machining services for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, supporting both manufacture and refurbishment requirements.
Worn, scored or damaged cylinder bores can be honed and refinished to restore bore geometry and surface condition, helping extend component life and reduce unnecessary replacement.
Our piston rod refurbishment service can also incorporate turning and chrome plating.
Large Component Refurbishment
Alongside new components, CA Honemaster specialises in the refurbishment of worn and damaged industrial components.
